Big Brothers Big Sisters of South-Central PA continues to expand programs in York, and your support is needed now more than ever!
In York and Adams Counties, we increased the number of youth served by 350% from 2024 to 2025!
Help us build momentum and support even more youth this year by donating during Give Local York. This 24-hour day of giving is a wonderful opportunity to invest in our youth and maximize your impact. Make your gift from 7 pm on April 30 to 7 pm on May 1.

At Big Brothers Big Sisters of South-Central PA, we create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
We unite young people (Littles) with caring, positive adult role models (Bigs) in professionally supported mentoring friendships.
Why Mentoring Matters
Youth come from all walks of life. For many, that walk includes adversity and difficult circumstances that no child should have to face alone. Little gestures – a small investment of time or a donation to sponsor a match – can change the trajectory of a child’s life.
